Great service! John was able to get me in last second to look into a transmission issue that suddenly developed in my truck after a recent service at a different mechanic. While it was obvious how incredibly busy the morning was when I arrived, John still took his time listening and getting all the information to help their tech to diagnose the issue properly. Luckily it turned out to be relatively easy to deal with and since we caught it early, no damage was done. Huge Thanks to John and the whole team at Southlake!
