Great service! John was able to get me in last second to look into a transmission issue that suddenly developed in my truck after a recent service at a different mechanic. While it was obvious how incredibly busy the morning was when I arrived, John still took his time listening and getting all the information to help their tech to diagnose the issue properly. I am very impressed with the customer service. My F-150 had some major engine issues (all under warranty ) and needed to be in service for almost a week. My Service Advisor Liz was amazing! She was able to secure me a curtesy car and provided daily updates as to the status of the repairs. She was friendly, helpful and just great overall. I got my truck back and it is 100% again.
