I am very impressed with the customer service. My F-150 had some major engine issues (all under warranty ) and needed to be in service for almost a week. My Service Advisor Liz was amazing! She was able to secure me a curtesy car and provided daily updates as to the status of the repairs. She was friendly, helpful and just great overall. I got my truck back and it is 100% again. Thank you Southlake Ford and especially Liz you did a great job.
